I founded McGlover Mediation to provide individuals and businesses with a professional, neutral environment where they can work toward practical, lasting resolutions without the stress and uncertainty of prolonged conflict.

I recently completed formal mediation training through the University of California, Davis Continuing and Professional Education and am currently attending law school, where I continue to strengthen my understanding of legal principles, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

My education and training allow me to approach each mediation with professionalism, preparation, and a commitment to fairness.

As a neutral third party, my role is not to make decisions for either side, but to facilitate productive conversations, identify common ground, and help parties explore solutions that meet their individual needs and interests.
